Absolutely. Labeebee is COPPA-aligned. We collect minimal child data (nickname and age bracket only, never date of birth). No third-party ads. No behavioral tracking. All data is encrypted and stored securely.
How is this different from Moshi or Calm Kids?
Two things. First, our whole curated library is free to read and listen — no subscription, unlike many bedtime apps. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your trial ends, you're not charged and you keep the free library — the whole collection stays free to read and listen. How long are the stories?
Library stories vary in length — each one shows its listening time, and most are short, calming bedtime reads. When you create a personalized story, it's a standard bedtime length (about 7 minutes): you choose the characters, and Labeebee picks a surprise theme and writes the rest. Every story winds down gently toward a peaceful ending — no cliffhangers.
Can stories be read in my own voice?
Yes. Record a short voice sample once, or send a link to grandparents anywhere in the world. They record on any device, no app needed. Stories are then read in that voice, even when they're thousands of miles away.
Can multiple children use the same account?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 child profile; Premium supports up to 4. Each child gets personalized stories based on their own preferences, interests, and characters.
