Delete Your Labeebee Account
At a Glance

Option 1: Delete From the App (Recommended)
Account deletion takes about 30 seconds in the app and confirms the deletion before it runs.
- Open the Labeebee app on your phone or tablet
- Tap the Settings icon (gear icon, top right)
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone and tap Delete Account
- Complete the parent gate verification (simple math question)
- Review the warning, then tap Delete Account
- On the final confirmation, tap Delete Forever
Deletion begins immediately. You will be signed out and the app will return to the welcome screen.
Option 2: Email Request
If you have lost access to the app or your account, you can request deletion by email.

Subject: "Delete My Account"
Include in the body:
- The email address registered with your Labeebee account
- Confirmation that you are the parent / account holder
- (Optional) Reason for deletion, so we can improve
Response time: Confirmation within 10 business days (COPPA-required timeline). We will email you when deletion is complete.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your Labeebee account, the following is permanently and irreversibly removed:

What is Retained (and Why)
A small amount of data must be retained to meet legal, financial, or fraud-prevention obligations. None of it is used for marketing or shared with third parties beyond what is required by law.

Important: Cancel Your Subscription Separately
Deleting your Labeebee account does not automatically cancel any active subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not by Labeebee directly.
To cancel your subscription:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Labeebee → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Labeebee → Cancel Subscription
We recommend cancelling your subscription before deleting your account so you do not continue to be billed.
